October 30th & 31st Saturday & Sunday Hugo's Halloween Cosplay & Costume Contest at Hugo's West Hollywood. Hosted by TV's Tiffany Vogue from Craftopia Season 2. Two contests each evening starting at 6pm and 8pm. Register early or when you arrive. Each entry will be photographed and posted to Instagram. Ten finalists will be selected by the Instagram audience, and then voted in person each night for prizes to be awarded at 7:30pm and 9:30pm each evening. Three winners per contest, over $1000 in prizes awarded during the weekend. Reservations strongly encouraged.
