Salmon Cakes & Eggs
Salmon, roasted poblano peppers, red onion, red bell peppers and oregano. Topped with sliced tomato, poached eggs, avocado jalapeno sauce and garnished with julienned radish and cilantro. Served with roasted rosemary potatoes.
Made with roasted cauliflower, tofu, mashed garbanzos, and seasoned with garlic, onions, black pepper. Lightly coated with a red lentil and potato flour mix then fried for a perfect crunch. Served with sweet Nashville hot sauce and pickles.

Ciotola di Carciofi
Garbanzo tomato stew surrounded by fried artichokes, roasted eggplant, organic wild baby arugula, and roasted red pepper tossed in balsamic. Featuring a sunny side up egg in the center, toasted garlic bread on the sides, sprinkled with fried crispy artichokes and a basil pesto drizzle on top.

Mary's Fried Chicken
Mary's chicken marinated in citrus juices and spices, roasted and fried with a light red lentil and potato flour mix. Served with a creamy potato salad, Mediterranean quinoa, and our sweet Nashville hot sauce.
Buckwheat Soba Noodle Bowl
House made buckwheat soba noodles, sautéed with fried tofu strips, artichokes, bell peppers, red onions, mushrooms, snow peas, cilantro, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Tossed in a chili black bean sauce. Garnished with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
