RED LENTIL FRITTERS
Fluffy red lentil & vegetable fritters lightly spiced with curry, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper and fried to a golden brown. Dusted with Hugo's seasonings, garnished with parsley and served with cranberry sauce.

Slow cooked turkey mole stew made with toasted chilies, toasted seeds & nuts, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, coriander, vegan chocolate and plantains. Served with corn tortillas and organic wild & basmati rice blended with dried cranberries, corn, and fresh herbs. Garnished with pico de gallo and toasted sesame seeds.
The taste of fall in one bite. Buttermilk pancakes infused with pumpkin, orange juice, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and vanilla. Served with maple pecan sauce on top and whipped cream on the side.

HAPPY HOLIDAY PLATE
$1 of every plate will be donated to the LA Food Bank. A Hugo's tradition. Our red lentil loaf made from vegetables and spices, served beside sautéed leafy greens, roasted baby vegetables, mashed maple yams, a Pepper Jack biscuit, white gravy and cranberry sauce.

Gluten-free Pepper Jack biscuits topped with turkey sausage, poached eggs and smooth white gravy. Sprinkled with Italian parsley and Hugo's seasonings. Served with roasted rosemary breakfast potatoes.
