Taco Trilogy

Three tacos (tofu, cauliflower and avocado) dipped in an Ensenada style batter, fried, and served on corn tortillas spread with black beans. Garnished with red and green cabbage, sliced radish and pickled jalapeños then drizzled with a creamy chipotle sauce. Add a side salad or soup for $3.
