Herbed mushroom sauce with assorted mixed vegetables and a choice of chicken breast, turkey breast or organic tofu. Covered with mashed potatoes and topped with a crisp Parmesan cheese crust. Served with organic mixed greens. Can be made with a brown rice topping and vegan cheese upon request.
